New to cladding? The words, in plain English →Pick your shape (25)
Pipework (9)Round pipe — straights, bends, reducers, tees, end caps

Straight pipe
Casing along a straight run — 1 × MTR or 1/2 MTR lengths

Radius bend
A curved bend, any radius you like

Mitred elbow
A hard corner in two pieces, no throat. Curved turn? That's the radius bend

Reducer (in line)
Where the pipe steps down to a smaller size on the same centre

Reducer (flat side)
Steps down but keeps one side of the run level

Tee (equal or reducing)
Where a branch comes off the main run

Oblique tee
A branch coming off at an angle instead of square

End cap
Closes off the end of a lagged pipe. Two pieces, so it goes on after

Set / offset
Steps the run sideways to get around something
Ductwork (9)Square and rectangular duct — straights, bends, reducers, transitions

Straight duct
Four panels — bottom tray, two sides, top tray

Curved-back bend
A duct bend with a smooth round back

Square bend
A sharp mitred elbow, with turning vanes if you want them

Duct reducer
Where the duct gets smaller

Duct tee
Where a branch comes off the main duct

Transition
Change of size or shape — one duct onto another

Square to round
Rectangular duct onto round pipe

Duct end cap
Closes off the end of a duct — around the duct, or a closed end

Z-bar
A folded strip with three legs — carries and closes a run
Boxes (3)Lift-off covers for valves and flange joints
Vessel ends (4)Tanks and vessels — shells, cones, flat ends, domed ends
