Closing the end of the lagging
An end cap closes off the open end of a lagged pipe, so the insulation is covered and kept dry. A disc is cut to fit round the bare pipe, and a collar grips the casing behind it.
It comes in two pieces, so it goes on after the pipe is in place. Nothing has to be taken apart to fit it.
Where you need one
Wherever the insulation stops and a run of lagging has to be closed off neatly.
What to measure
Two sizes. The cladding size over the lagging, and the bare pipe the disc fits round. The collar depth is already filled in to the standard, so most people type only those two numbers.
Metal and finish
Made in the same aluminium as the casing it meets, plain or stucco, 0.6 to 0.8 mm, so the end of the run looks like part of it.

Is there a minimum order?
No. One fitting is fine. Any delivery charge on a small order is shown on your quote before you order.
Do fixings come with the cladding?
No. Our prices are for the cladding only. Bands, rivets and screws are not included, but we can supply them with your order: ask, and they go on your quote.
What if you get a fitting wrong?
If we got it wrong, we remake it the same week, no charge. We make to the measurements you send, so check them before you send.
