A sideways step in the run

A set, also called an offset, steps a pipe run sideways around an obstruction, then carries on in the same direction as before. We make it in three mitred pieces: an angled middle piece between two straight ends.

What to measure

The size over the lagging and the offset, which is how far the run moves sideways, centre to centre. Then the angle, which starts at 45°, and the length of each straight end. A quick sketch with those numbers on it is enough to send. If the run steps sideways and up at the same time, put both on the sketch and the office will look at it.

Small pipes

Under 12 cm of finished cladding, a set is made as two 45° mitred elbows. Under 8.5 cm it is too small to make even that way, so send it to the office and we price it the same day.

Metal and finish

Aluminium, 0.6 to 0.8 mm, plain or stucco embossed. Stainless steel 304 / 316 is made to order.

Before you order

Is there a minimum order?

No. One fitting is fine. Any delivery charge on a small order is shown on your quote before you order.

Do fixings come with the cladding?

No. Our prices are for the cladding only. Bands, rivets and screws are not included, but we can supply them with your order: ask, and they go on your quote.

What if you get a fitting wrong?

If we got it wrong, we remake it the same week, no charge. We make to the measurements you send, so check them before you send.
