On the fitting page you type just two things. For this bend they are:

The app does the rest: 114 mm of pipe, 50 mm of insulation each side and 3 mm for the cladding make the bend 21.7 cm across. The picture shows what you are pricing, and the price comes up as above.
On the phone app your price comes up on the last screen, Check & send, as a guide the office confirms. It shows for aluminium round pipework; a mitred elbow, a set, ducting or another metal says the office prices it the same day. Worker logins (the site crew) never see a price: they measure and send, and the office prices it.
