Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Welcome to CladFab. By accessing our fitting calculators or requesting custom cladding fabrication, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Service and Trade-Only Policy
Cladfab Ltd is a specialist manufacturer of thin-gauge sheet metal cladding fittings (aluminium, steel, stainless) based in Dublin, Ireland.
- Trade-Only Restriction: We deal exclusively with trade contractors, mechanical and insulation installers, and distributors. We do not supply directly to retail customers or property owners.
- Non-Competition: We operate solely as a fabrication workshop. We do not provide installation services, and we promise never to bid against or contact our clients' customers.
2. Dimensional Accuracy and Calculation Tooling
Our web-based calculators provide automated gore flat-pattern templates and layout dimensions based on user-supplied parameters (Diameter, Standoff, Radius, Thickness).
- Users are solely responsible for verifying on-site measurement entries before submitting a fabrication order.
- CladFab is not liable for errors in fabricated fittings that result from incorrect dimensions supplied by the user.
3. Payment Terms and Invoicing
Payment terms are specified on our invoices. All prices are subject to VAT at the current statutory Irish rate. Standard orders must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery, unless trade credit terms have been pre-approved.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Irish law, Cladfab Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, downtime, or delay on-site) arising from delivery schedules or fitting tolerances. Our maximum liability is capped at the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service, and all agreements for manufacturing or site measures, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
