aluminium cladding fabricator.
Based at Unit 48, Western Parkway Business Park, Ballymount Road Lower, Dublin 12, D12 K0WH. Led by Managing Director David Peck.
Bespoke thin-gauge aluminium cladding for mechanical insulation contractors — pipe bends, reducers, tees, valve boxes, duct cladding and custom transitions fabricated to your exact site measurements.
Workers measure on site using the CladFab app, CladBot guides them one number at a time, and we fabricate and deliver in about a week. No paperwork. No chasing. Just a price, a lead time, and a date you can hold your client to.

Irish fabrication
with measure-to-machine.
Site measurements flow from the CladFab app through our geometry engine, producing DXF cutting files dispatched straight to the MABI line on the workshop floor. No manual redrawing. No scaling errors. No bottlenecks.
We run a fully digital measure-to-machine pipeline. Flat-pattern geometry is solved by our geometry engine, exported as DXF cutting files, and dispatched straight to the MABI line — zero manual redrawing, zero scaling errors.
CladBot, our built-in AI assistant, guides field workers through each measurement one number at a time — even hands-free by voice. No drawing or sheet-metal knowledge needed.
Our Swiss MABI 16-Z Classic roll-former produces perfectly swaged edges at production speed, eliminating hand-swaging and cutting lead times from days to hours.
Our workshop designs and fabricates to BS 5422 (insulation thickness specifications) and BS 5970 (code of practice for thermal insulation of pipework and equipment). We treat these as working standards, not minimum compliance targets.
CladFab invests directly in the people and the machinery behind quality fabrication. We hold apprentices through the SOLAS national apprenticeship programme — Ireland’s craft training authority — developing the next generation of insulation cladding tradespeople in-house. Our €500K+ investment in MABI-system machinery reflects the same commitment: the standard of the machine sets the floor for the standard of the part.
Every fitting leaves our workshop with full traceability back to the site measurement that originated it, held in the CladFab order management system.
David Peck.
Time-served, trade-first.
CladFab was set up by its founding shareholders with one goal: to supply the whole Irish market with fabricated cladding, so the contractors who fit it never have to run a workshop of their own. To drive it, they brought in Managing Director David Peck — a time-served insulation cladding tradesman with over four decades of hands-on experience across commercial, industrial and specialist projects in Ireland, the UK and overseas. Today he leads from the office, driving the business across Ireland — the workshop floor runs under its own dedicated workshop manager.
