The universal machine at the heart of the line. It cuts and punches every flat pattern sent from the Site Measure App, then rolls the metal and swages both ends in the same pass — one machine from measurement to assembly-ready part.
A dedicated MABI swager backs the main line — it presses the stiffening beads and slip-joint swages (the shaped edges that let finished sections slide together weather-tight) onto rolled parts.

Two-piece, flat-packed or pre-assembled insulation boxes. Quick-release toggle latches, wire-hinged backs, or rivet-hole laps. Slotted notches for standoffs pre-calculated inside the built-in App to match your exact insulation thicknesses.
Four-panel tray sets: bottom trays, side panels, and top trays. Pre-notched corners for tray-on-tray overlaps, pre-creased folds, and Z-bar joint bands. Dimension details input directly into the App for automated nesting.
Segmented dome ends (petal sets and crown caps) and flat-disk end caps for tank ends and vessel head cladding. Pre-rolled petals with swaged seams, calculated using our built-in cap petals tool for instant production.
Every cladding fitting is cut, rolled, and swaged inside our Dublin 12 workshop. No import delay, no customs clearance hold-ups, no reliance on external stockists. We source mill-finished coils from European distributors and fabricate standard fittings to BS 5422 compliance guidelines.
New — coloured cladding. Colour-coated aluminium coil (0.7–0.9 mm, coated both sides, manufacturer-certified non-combustible to EN 13501-1 A1) in smooth gloss or textured matt — a finish option rarely seen in this trade. Ask for the colour card when you request a quote.
