Is sending a job an order?
No. What you send is a quote request. Nothing is booked and no money moves until you accept a quote.
Do you install?
No. We fabricate. You install. Your customer stays yours — it’s in every contract.
Will you quote my client?
Never. We never quote your client and we never install. White-label is the rule, not a slogan.
How fast is a quote?
We aim to quote the same day. A drawing, a schedule, or a photo is enough to start.
How long does a job take?
Standard build is typically about a week from an approved measurement. Urgent jobs — call the workshop.
What if a part doesn’t fit my measurement?
We remake it. Same week, no charge.
Do I need an account?
You can send a job from this page or WhatsApp without one. An account lets you measure, save work, and see prices. Trade credit is approved separately.
What is Verified Trade?
A Verified Trade badge needs both a CRO number and a VAT number on the account. You can still open an account and use the tools without them. Credit and the badge wait on those two numbers.
